3. Subscription & Payments

SubBid Pro costs $19.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Failure to pay results in account suspension.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading bids, impersonate other contractors, scrape or abuse the platform, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubBid is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of project listings or outcomes of bids.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubBid's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
