1. Data We Collect

We collect: name, email, company name, trade, phone number, contractor license number, Instagram handle, TikTok handle, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see raw card data).

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used to operate the platform, display your profile to GCs reviewing bids, process payments, and communicate service updates.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting). We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Social Handles

If you provide social media handles, they may be visible to GCs reviewing your bids. You can remove them at any time in your profile settings.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@subbid.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security: encrypted data transmission (TLS), Supabase RLS row-level security, and hashed passwords.
